Don't try to understand everything...

Because sometimes it is not meant to be understood...

But rather to be accepted...

Just another day...

Last week was one hell of a ride , I was up, down and most of the time tossed and almost thrown overboard. I just hold on tight with high spirit but anchored my feet in the ground, and that worked for me.

I don't want to speak about the details but i would like to share what i learned.



"Put your heart in everything you do and make it always your best, allow your self to shine but never ever think that you are indispensable".


Sometimes we tend to take our job easy and treat it like we don't care, but beware if the management see's there's no difference if you're in or out they always have the time and authority to fire you. I say love what you do and never settle for "PWEDE NA YAN" output, for even the hardest job would just be like eating peanuts as long as you put your heart in to it, and if you love it you'll never want to settle for the second best.

If you did the best of what you can do and offer, never ever think that you are indispensable unless you own the business but too much bossiness might also lead to a day when no one would like to work for you. I say put your heart into it but never to put it in your head.

Sometimes if we excel and reach the pinnacle of what we do, the praises, rewards and honors we receive tend to blow our heads out of proportion and if not controlled might literally blow us into pieces. Always have your feet anchored to the ground and share the glory and credit to your team and friends.

Consider your team and friends as your life support, with out them you could not function effectively though you function independently. Your team could break your fall and your friends could cushion the fall.

I learned a lot though i didn't learn everything yet, for learning is a never ending process that would benefit you if you keep on listening and practice what you've been taught.

I resigned not because i lost the battle but because i lingered too long in my comfort zone. You can never put a good man down, and next week is a new beginning for me as i stand up against the challenge of a new career.

I just have one question about this post "did i make sense?"...

Achiever ako e, may problema ka?

Minsan kapag nagtratrabaho ka nang mahusay may mga komento kang maririnig na kesyo nagpapalakas ka lang sa boss nyo kaya ginagawa mo on time ang iyong mga reports para mapansin ka nang head.

Nakakainis ano? Bakit, ano bang pakialam nila? E sino ba ang nahihirapan kapag puro rush ang reports mo? Di ba kadalasan nga kapag rush walang laman, maraming flaws, at maraming mali, at kapag madaming mali, pinapaulit na, may kasama pang sabon, mabuti sana kung may banlaw, e pano kung ikinula ka pa, e di namuti mga mata mo?

Sino ba ang apektado? diba ikaw din? Paano nalang ang performance rating mo? Tapos in the end iiyak iyak ka, magsisisi at isipin na sana pinagbuti mo nalang ang trabaho mo para hindi ka natanggal.

Ang hirap kayang maghanap nang trabaho ngayon tapos papabayaan mo nalang nang basta basta? Pano nalang kapag tinanggal ka? E di wala kang kita, walang pera, tambay ka, kawawa ka naman diba?

Kung minsan mahirap makibagay sa mga taong "bobo", yung tipong ang iniintindi ay yung ngayon lang at di man lang maisipang tumingin kahit isang dipa lang mula sa kanilang kinatatayuan, yung mga taong sa bangin na pala papunta ang tinatahak na landas ay patuloy pa rin sa paglalakad.

Hindi ko naman sinasabing "matalino" ako, pero di ba dapat "you plan as you go along the way", dahil kung wala kang plano at pangarap at kuntento ka na kung nasaan ka, e ano nalang ang mangyayari sa iyo? "stagnant" ka na, para ka lang tubig sa "lake", umiikot lang pero walang patutunguhan.

Minsan "common sense" lang paiiralin mo, malayo na ang mararating mo, pero kapag nagbulag bulagan ka at "conceited" ka pa at iniisip na "indispensable" ka, e wala na patay kang bata ka! malamang bukas makalawa good bye ka na sa trabaho mo!

Parang ang galing galing ko no? hehe Pero sa palagay mo, may tama naman talaga ako diba?
